Our Warranty, Shipping, Privacy and Security policies are subject to change without notice.  Whatever is posted on this site at the time of your order are our current policies.

WARRANTIES & RETURNS

Replacement for damaged or defective merchandise will be shipped once return is received. Damaged goods must be returned within ten days of original shipping date. We will handle exchanges for defective merchandise during the first thirty days.

All warranty claims after thirty days from invoice date must be handled with the manufacturer. We would be more than happy to help in any way.

Returns for stock merchandise (other than damaged or defective) are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Returns must be received by us in the original packaging, and must be in re-saleable condition (including packaging).

No refunds or exchanges on special orders.

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping to 48 continental states is by USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS (our choice). We DO ship internationally to most countries.  We do not charge or collect for duties, customs, etc.) Once the order is placed we will re-quote the total price including the international shipping charges. The customer then has the option as to whether or not to continue the order at the new cost. If you would like an idea of the approximate charges prior to placing the computer order - please email us. (All customs duties etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser.)

Expedited shipping is available - Call for quote.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO's etc. rates may differ - please call for quote.

SECURITY

We use a secured ordering system - all information is held in a "lock-box" until we retrieve it.  When we receive your computer order ... we DO NOT receive your credit card number.  We only receive the information that your "card" has been approved for the amount of your order.  Your credit information is never seen by us here at Big Boy Gun Toys.

PRIVACY

Like you, we at Big Boy Gun Toys, Inc. consider privacy of paramount importance. Big Boy Gun Toys, Inc. promises not to sell or share your private information, only as required by law. Notice we said "required by law", not "permitted by law".

We consider protecting your privcy our obligation to you.

However, our site does have links to other, third party sites. We have no control over how these sites treat your information. We do not endorse or sponsor these sites. Their inclusion on our site is as a convenience to you, our customer.
